Coffee Sour
Products
- 25 ml. Italian espresso
- 10 drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- grounded lemon peel
- 10 ml. Amaretto liquor
- sugar sirope
- instant coffee
Method of preparation
Spread the lemon juice on the surface of the glass. Mix the sugar sirope with the espresso, 2-3 ice cubes and the Amaretto luqior in a blender. Pour the mix into the coctail glass. Garnish with the grounded lemon peel and sprinkle with instant coffee.
