Coffee Sour


  • 25 ml. Italian espresso
  • 10 drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • grounded lemon peel
  • 10 ml. Amaretto liquor
  • sugar sirope
  • instant coffee

Method of preparation

Spread the lemon juice on the surface of the glass. Mix the sugar sirope with the espresso, 2-3 ice cubes and the Amaretto luqior in a blender. Pour the mix into the coctail glass. Garnish with the grounded lemon peel and sprinkle with instant coffee.
